We, at Phoenix Duo Matrix, on behalf of Indian Federation of Culinary Associations [IFCA], announce “Bocuse d’Or India 2012” [National Selection Process Team India].
Ever since 1987, the Bocuse d’Or contest has been giving young chefs a unique opportunity to demonstrate their skills, offering them a tremendous springboard for their careers. Beyond the competition itself, the Bocuse d’Or has created its own family: a global network of chefs, future celebrities and famous cooks, and partner companies. They all share the same values of creativity, rigor and innovation, are committed to passing on their skills … and have a passion for fine food and Art de Vivre.
We are delighted to welcome you on behalf of this network dedicated to Excellence.
Bocuse d’Or India 2012 is a weeklong celebration comprising of two chapters [South and North] that will take place at Bangalore (1st & 2nd December) and Delhi (5th & 6th December) followed by Pan India Competition-Delhi (7th December) and Grand Finale(8th December).The winner, Bocuse d’Or National Selection Team India will be entitled to participate in the Bocuse d’Or Asia 2012 that will be held in Pudong, Shanghai, china from June 12th- 14th 2012. If selected, he/she will qualify for the Bocuse d’Or 2013 to be held in Lyon, France.
The winning prizes for Bocuse d’Or India 2012 is as follows:
Ist Prize: Return trip to China for competing at the Bocuse d’Or Asia 2012 competition, prize money- 50,000/- cash & Trophy
IInd Prize: 30,000/- cash & trophy
IIIrd Prize: 20,000/- cash & trophy
