Inviting the culinary professionals to come and join as member of WHAT?

SICA is the Southern Chapter of Indian Federation of Culinary Associations.

The SICA - South India Culinary Association was founded in August 1998 in Chennai by the chefs of various renowned hotels. SICA is an independent, apolitical and voluntary forum of culinary professionals. SICA is affiliated to the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations. SICA is a non-profit professional body of culinary professionals from varied backgrounds and specialties.

New Membership
We are inviting the following category of culinary professionals to join as the members of SICA (The members of SICA are automatically member of IFCA and members of WACS.)

From the leading hotels and the restaurants and recognized culinary Institutions

Please click the application form and fill up the form online and also take a print out of the completed form, paste a passport size photograph in chef’s attire and attach a demand draft and send it to the following address ,

Members
The new members are requested to send in the completed application forms with a passport size photograph and an "at par cheque" or a DD for Rs. 900/- (Rupees nine hundred only ) in favor of "South India Culinary Association", payable at Chennai. (Cash is not accepted).

This fee is towards a two years membership fees of Rs.800 and Rs.100 as entry fees. The print out copy of the application form along with the photograph and the DD or cheque is to be sent to the following address.
