IFCA in its consistent effort to instill a set standard in all culinary based programmes, in collaboration with Indian Trade Promotion Organization – ( ITPO) is organizing WACS accredited judging seminar in New Delhi alongside AAHAR International Food Fair, from 10th to 16th March 2012.

IFCA takes great pleasure in inviting you to the “Global culinary trend and World Association of Chefs Societies accredited Judging seminar” by WACS Culinary Committee instructor - Rick Stephen, Executive Pastry Chef, Singapore Airport Terminal Services SATS.

The Judging seminar designed by the WACS Culinary Committee is an obligatory seminar for all future WACS approved judges. The objective is to create international standards for all "WACS Endorsed" culinary competitions. This is a major breakthrough for competitors who now can look at the label "WACS ENDORSED COMPETITION" as a guarantee for transparency, objectivity and overall quality. This international standard scheme is a step further for IFCA in its objectives to raise the standards of culinary competitions as well as of global cuisines in general.
