Dear Fraternity of Food & Beverage Professionals

It is indeed a matter of immense happiness and a momentous occasion for all of us as the 2nd Congress of Indian Federation of Culinary Associations unfolds before us and the efforts of SICA in organizing this Congress.

This is that moment I guess which is perhaps called The Threshold in Rocket Science, The moment which determines whether your velocity is enough to pull away from the familiar earth and make new discoveries in the unexplored space. The difference between the successful  launch and a crash or an aborted mission, the difference between success and failure, the difference between creating history or becoming history.

As I write this piece I am extremely anxious and somewhat cautious as I recognize that with regards to our Vision of firmly establishing ourselves as front runners and significant players in the Global Food & Beverage scene we are actually at the Threshold, it is now that we need to exercise that final act of will and pack in all our power and provide the necessary and extremely aggressive thrust of Velocity to successfully breakthrough. SICA's efforts are a very fine example of this effort“

The Way to go. I welcome you my fellow explorers of the Culinary world on this Voyage as we cross frontier after frontier and conquer the unknown.
